Privacy at Atelier Studios

• Contact: delivery or reply email and messages you send.
• Portraits: photos, previews, delivered portraits, instructions, file details, and feedback.
• Studio records: session identifiers, attempt counts, status, IP address, device data, approximate location, and security events.

We use it to create and deliver portraits, operate campaign limits, answer requests, prevent misuse, diagnose and improve the journey, and meet business and legal obligations.

We share information as reasonably needed with service providers that help operate the site and services, including hosting, security, portrait creation and delivery, communications, and customer support. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, during a business transfer, or when required by law. We do not sell Studio photos for money or use them for targeted advertising.

Retention varies by purpose. Some access controls expire quickly, and certain Studio session records may remain for up to seven days, but expiration does not prove that underlying files or service-provider copies were deleted. Feedback, support, security, legal, and backup records may be kept longer, and some records do not yet have a verified automatic deletion schedule. We retain information as reasonably needed for these purposes, security, disputes, and law. We handle valid requests under applicable law, including directing service providers where required, and do not promise an unverified deletion date.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, know about, correct, delete, or receive information; object, restrict, or withdraw consent; opt out of certain sale, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising; limit sensitive uses; or appeal a decision.

Email privacy@atelierstudios.xyz with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may proportionately verify you or an authorized agent. We will respond as applicable law requires, without unlawful discrimination. If available, request an appeal by replying “Privacy appeal.” Never email passwords, identity documents, photos, or private links.

Atelier uses protected uploads and storage, access controls, rate limits, minimized records, and transport encryption where supported. No website or service provider is completely secure. Do not share a valid private link.

Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations. The Studio is unavailable in Illinois, U.S. territories, the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other non-U.S. regions. Viewing the site elsewhere is not an offer of the Studio.

Atelier does not currently use third-party analytics or targeted advertising. Some service providers may collect technical information over time or across sites as needed to secure or operate their services. Do Not Track does not change necessary processing. Before enabling optional analytics or targeted advertising, we will update this notice and provide any choice required by applicable law.

We post revisions here and update the date. Changes apply prospectively; earlier promises continue for existing information unless a lawful process, including any required notice or consent, permits otherwise.
