Before you begin

Is my complimentary digital portrait really free?

Yes. When a complimentary Studio invitation is active, one approved digital portrait is free. No credit card or physical purchase is required to receive it.

What exactly will I receive?

After you approve the portrait you love, enter your email address. The Studio will email you a private link to your approved digital portrait, ready to download and enjoy.

Can I create a portrait with more than one person or pet?

Not at this time. The complimentary Studio is designed for one person or one pet. If you have another portrait idea in mind, email support@atelierstudios.xyz with the vision you would like to explore, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

Choose your photos

What kind of photo should I upload?

Start with a favorite photo of one person or one pet. Choose an image that captures someone you love, a memorable expression, or the pet who runs the house.

What makes a good photo?

Use soft, even light. Choose a photo where the subject’s facial features are easy to see without harsh glare or deep shadows.
Keep the face in full view. A straight-on angle works best, with the entire face and its defining features inside the frame.
Choose the sharpest image you have. Clear eyes, edges, and small details give the Studio more to work with than a blurry or distant photo.

Can I upload more than one photo?

Yes. Add one to three clear photos of the same subject. Front-facing photos are especially helpful, but one strong photo is enough to begin.

Shape your portrait

Will my portrait look like the person or pet in my photo?

The Studio is designed to preserve recognizable features, but every preview can vary. Compare up to five successful Studio previews, refine the details while space remains, and approve only the portrait that feels right to you.

Can I request a different portrait style?

While preview space remains and the portrait editor is available, select a completed preview and describe the mood, clothing, background, colors, or other changes you want. For a personal request beyond the available options, email support@atelierstudios.xyz.

What if I do not love any of my previews?

You do not have to approve a portrait that does not feel right. Refine a completed preview in your own words while preview space remains. If you still need help after several tries, email support@atelierstudios.xyz and describe the direction you were hoping to see.

Delivery, privacy & support

What happens to the photos I upload, and how long are they kept?

The Studio uses your uploaded photos to create and deliver your portrait. Studio session records expire within seven days. For more information about how your information is handled, read our Privacy notice or email privacy@atelierstudios.xyz.

What can I do with my digital portrait?

It’s entirely up to you. You can:

Set it as your phone wallpaper.
Share it with family or friends.
Take it to your local print shop.
Even better, have it printed with us in our favorite canvas style once the shop is ready.

Can I order a printed or framed version?

We’re currently working on the print side of the shop. For now, your complimentary Studio portrait is delivered digitally.
