Love your portrait or get your money back. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund for the affected portrait.

Guarantee Window

Contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Because every portrait is custom-made, please do not mail it back unless we arrange and cover a collection.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at [email protected] with:

• -Your order number
• -A short note about what did not feel right
• -Photos of the artwork and packaging for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• -Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your portrait arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the affected portrait. Your choice.

Custom-Made With Confidence

Every portrait is created and produced for one customer, so it cannot be resold. Even so, your physical portrait is covered by the Atelier 14-Day Love-It Guarantee. Orders usually cannot be changed or canceled after physical production begins.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
